    <ns6:description xml:lang="ja">SSBDは顕微鏡を活用した計測により得られる画像データと、画像処理や数理モデリングで得られる時空間情報を数値として有する定量データのデータベースです。さまざまな生物の分子や細胞、個体の動態のデータを収集・公開しており、格納されているデータはブラウザ上で多次元表示することができます。画像データとそのメタ情報は個別の画像ファイル形式でダウンロードでき、ダウンロードしたファイルは、Bio-Formats を使うことで ImageJなどで読むことができます。定量データとそのメタ情報はBiological Dynamics Markup Language（BDML）形式のファイルとしてダウロードできます。APIを利用することで、画像データや定量データを解析するクライアントアプリケーションを、プログラミング言語やプラットフォームに制限されることなく 開発できます。さらには、データを可視化・解析するためのソフトウェアもダウンロードできます。</ns6:description>

    <ns6:description xml:lang="en">Systems Science of Biological Dynamics database (SSBD) is an open database for collecting and sharing microscopy image data and quantitative data of biological dynamics, which are generated from image analysis or computer simulation. SSBD provides a wide variety of data from single-molecules to cell to organism in different species. A web browser based multidimensional visualization tool is available for viewing data interactively online. The image data and its meta-information are provided in the raw image file format. Downloaded files can be imorted into ImageJ using Bio-Formats. The quantitative data and its meta-information are provided in the Biological Dynamics Markup Language (BDML) format, which is a unified format for representing quantitative data of biological dynamics. The image data and quantitative data are provided through API, which allows third parties to develop their applications. In addition, SSBD also provides software tools for data visualization and analysis.</ns6:description>
