疾患特異的iPS細胞株。孤発性筋萎縮性側索硬化症 (bulbar, with UMN)患者由来。HPS0146、HPS0147と同一人由来。センダイウイルスベクターを用いて4因子（Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc）を導入して樹立。<a href='http://cell.brc.riken.jp/ja/manual/vitrification' target="_blank">ガラス化法（Vitrification法）</a>保存。
