疾患特異的iPS細胞株。デュシェンヌ型筋ジストロフィー症候性キャリア患者由来。HPS0317, HPS0318, HPS0319, HPS0320, HPS0321, HPS0322, HPS0323, HPS0324, HPS0325は同一人由来。骨格筋組織の中の線維芽細胞にセンダイウイルスベクターを用いて4因子（Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc）を導入して樹立。<a href='https://cell.brc.riken.jp/ja/manual/vitrification' target="_blank">ガラス化法（Vitrification法）</a>保存。

Disease specific iPS cell line derived from a patient : Muscular dystrophy, Duchenne type (manifesting carrier). The source of this cell line is fibroblasts derived from skeletal muscle tissue.
