Exon2 and exon3 of Tacstd1 (Epcam, epithelial cell adhesion molecule) gene flanked by loxp sites. Conditional Tacstd1 deficient mice can be generated by cyossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. Homozygous mice were viable and fertile.
