ICK flox mice Furukawa, Takahisa <a href='https://brc.riken.jp/mus/pcr09433'>Genotyping protocol -PCR-</a> true Cre/loxP system C（3〜6か月） 129(Cg)-Ick<tm1.1Tfur> 129(Cg)-Ick<tm1.1Tfur> TC1 [129S6/SvEvTac] ICK floxマウス FLP/frt system 129由来ES細胞TC1を用いて相同組み換えによりマウスを作製。PGK-neoはB6;SJL-Tg (ACTFLPe)9205Dym/Jマウスとの交配により除去。その後、129系統のマウスと4回以上掛け合わせた。生殖能に問題はない。 In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the following literature(s) designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested.
