Ccdc86 (coiled-coil domain containing 86, Cyclon) knockout mice. EGFP and pgk-neo cassettes were placed just downstream of translation initiation codon in exon 1 of the gene. Heterozygous mice exhibited reduced Fas expression in activated T lyphocytes. Homozygous mutants are emobryonic lethal.

Ccdc86 (coiled-coil domain containing 86, 別名Cyclon) 欠損マウス。エキソン1の翻訳開始点下流にEnhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) 遺伝子とネオマイシン耐性遺伝子が挿入されている。ヘテロ型は活性化T細胞におけるFas蛋白質の発現が低下している。ホモ型は胎生期/周産期致死 (どの時期かは不明) 。
