This project serves information about RIKEN Arabidopsis thaliana full-length cDNAs (RAFL) (refs. 1, 2) and cDNAs registered at NCBI GenBank with annotations of “mRNA, complete cds”. We mapped the cDNA sequences to the Arabidopsis genome sequence (ver. TAIR9) with BLAST and GeneSeqer, which method is described previously (ref. 3)
