<p>This is a domain of unknown function found towards the N terminus of a family of E3 ubiquitin protein ligases, including yeast TOM1, many of which appear to play a role in mRNA transcription and processing. This domain is found in association with and immediately C-terminal to another domain of unknown function: <db_xref db="INTERPRO" dbkey="IPR010309"/>. </p>
