Inv::GFP type (line B27): the coding region of the mouse Invs cDNA was linked to EGFP (RBRC01859), Inv deltaC::GFP (line N105): deleted the 3’ part of the coding region of the Inv cDNA at the NheI site (RBRC01860). These strains are useful for elucidation of the function of Invs gene. C (3-6 months) EF1Aαプロモーター制御下でmouse Invs遺伝子のcDNAの3’側にEGFPコード領域が結合したトランスジーン (Inv::GFPとInv Delta C::GFP) を持ち、マウスInv遺伝子とEGFPの融合タンパクが発現する。Inv::GFPはInvs遺伝子のコーディング領域を結合したもの (ラインB27、RBRC01859) 、Inv Delta C::GFPはコーディング領域の3’側を欠損したコンストラクトに結合したもの (ラインN105、RBRC01860) 。Invs遺伝子の機能解析に有用。 Developed by Drs.
