This project serves information about RIKEN Ds transposon insertion lines (refs. 1-4). We obtained transposon franking sequences from RARGE (ref. 5,). We mapped them against the Arabidopsis genome sequence (ver. TAIR9) with BLAST and described relationships between the inserted positions and annotated gene models.
