RIA00037In this database, the informationof the phenotypes of about 500 morphological mutants andgenomic sequences of the T-DNA insertion sites is recoded.Approximately 50,000 RIKEN Activation Tagging lines were generated andmutant phenotypes were monitored in various categories while growingthese lines (Nakazawa et al.). All contents in this database have been constructed by collaboration with NEC Soft, Ltd (VALWAY Technology Center, NEC Soft, Ltd, Tokyo, Japan).
