RIA00037In this database, the information of the phenotype of about 500 morphological mutants and genomic sequences of the T-DNA insertion sites is recoded. Approximately 50,000 RIKEN Activation Tagging lines were generated and mutant phenotypes were monitored in various categories while growing these lines (Nakazawa et al.). All contents in this database have been constructed by collaboration with NEC Soft, Ltd (VALWAY Technology Center, NEC Soft, Ltd, Tokyo, Japan).
